.... and I used to work the surplus funds many years before he had the stroke in 2002. He told me one of these days the San Bernardino property will be sold and we should have some money coming to us, but thanks to you and your service we were able to get half of the funds. I'll be honest with you Jed I did not think the County would ever pay these surplus funds.
